Quotations

 

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required following inspection of the items received.

 

Customer-Supplied Items

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all wheels and components supplied are legally owned and suitable for refurbishment.

We reserve the right to refuse work on items that are deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or unsuitable for refurbishment.

 

Wheel Banding

 

Wheel banding is carried out to customer specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring any modifications comply with applicable vehicle regulations, insurance requirements, and intended use. 

 

Fitment & Vehicle Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the wheel specifications they request are suitable for their vehicle and comply with all applicable roadworthiness, insurance, and legal requirements. While we are happy to provide guidance based on our experience, any advice given is for informational purposes only. Banded Steel Wheels manufactures wheels to customer-specified requirements and cannot accept responsibility for vehicle fitment, clearance, legality, or compliance once the wheels have been supplied.

 

Restoration Services

 

The condition of items can vary significantly. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all corrosion, pitting, previous repairs, or defects.

 

Powder Coating

 

Colour samples displayed on our website may vary from the final finished product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances.

 

Payment

 

Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing. Full payment must be received before completed items are released unless otherwise agreed.

 

Collection & Delivery

 

Customers are responsible for arranging collection or delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery of completed items.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of refurbished or modified components.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
