Service-Based Work

As our services involve custom refurbishment, restoration, powder coating, acid dipping, shot blasting, and wheel banding work carried out to customer specifications, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to work beginning. Any deposits paid may be refunded, subject to any costs already incurred.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, this may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, agree a suitable resolution.

Damaged Items

Any damage occurring during transit must be reported immediately to the delivery provider and to us within 48 hours of receipt.
